U\u017dIVATELSK\u00dd \u00da\u010cET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee na webu vytvo\u0159it u\u017eivatelsk\u00fd \u00fa\u010det, z n\u011bho\u017e m\u016f\u017ee objedn\u00e1vat zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i registraci je povinen uv\u00e1d\u011bt pravdiv\u00e9 \u00fadaje a p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b je aktualizovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159\u00edstup k \u00fa\u010dtu je chr\u00e1n\u011bn u\u017eivatelsk\u00fdm jm\u00e9nem a heslem. UZAV\u0158EN\u00cd KUPN\u00cd SMLOUVY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prezentace zbo\u017e\u00ed ve webov\u00e9m rozhran\u00ed obchodu m\u00e1 informativn\u00ed charakter a prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nen\u00ed povinen uzav\u0159\u00edt kupn\u00ed smlouvu ohledn\u011b nab\u00edzen\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Webov\u00e9 rozhran\u00ed obchodu obsahuje informace o zbo\u017e\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b cen (v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch poplatk\u016f nap\u0159. za platbu na dob\u00edrku) a n\u00e1kladech na dod\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro objedn\u00e1n\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed vypln\u00ed objedn\u00e1vkov\u00fd formul\u00e1\u0159 ve webov\u00e9m rozhran\u00ed obchodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objedn\u00e1vka obsahuje zejm\u00e9na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>informace o objedn\u00e1van\u00e9m zbo\u017e\u00ed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zp\u016fsob \u00fahrady kupn\u00ed ceny,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00fadaje o doprav\u011b a n\u00e1kladech na doru\u010den\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159ed odesl\u00e1n\u00edm objedn\u00e1vky m\u016f\u017ee kupuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fadaje zkontrolovat a upravit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odesl\u00e1n\u00edm objedn\u00e1vky kupuj\u00edc\u00ed potvrzuje, \u017ee se sezn\u00e1mil s t\u011bmito obchodn\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami a souhlas\u00ed s nimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupn\u00ed smlouva vznik\u00e1 p\u0159ijet\u00edm objedn\u00e1vky prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm, kter\u00e9 je kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu potvrzeno e-mailem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. CENA ZBO\u017d\u00cd A PLATEBN\u00cd PODM\u00cdNKY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupn\u00ed cenu m\u016f\u017ee kupuj\u00edc\u00ed uhradit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi zp\u016fsoby:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v hotovosti na dob\u00edrku,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bezhotovostn\u011b p\u0159evodem na \u00fa\u010det \u010d. 6708870359\/0800, veden\u00fd u \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bezhotovostn\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm platebn\u00ed br\u00e1ny Stripe, platebn\u00ed kartou, Apple Pay nebo Google Pay,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v hotovosti nebo kartou p\u0159i osobn\u00edm odb\u011bru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupn\u00ed cena je splatn\u00e1 p\u0159i p\u0159evzet\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed (v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hotovosti\/dob\u00edrky) nebo okam\u017eit\u011b od uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy (p\u0159i bezhotovostn\u00ed platb\u011b).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupn\u00ed cena je pova\u017eov\u00e1na za uhrazenou v okam\u017eiku p\u0159ips\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky na \u00fa\u010det prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn po\u017eadovat platbu p\u0159ed odesl\u00e1n\u00edm zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da\u0148ov\u00fd doklad \u2013 fakturu za\u0161le prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu po \u00fahrad\u011b ceny v elektronick\u00e9 podob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. ODSTOUPEN\u00cd OD KUPN\u00cd SMLOUVY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo odstoupit od kupn\u00ed smlouvy uzav\u0159en\u00e9 distan\u010dn\u011b (on-line) do 14 dn\u016f ode dne p\u0159evzet\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed, a to bez ud\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fvodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odstoupen\u00ed od kupn\u00ed smlouvy m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt uplatn\u011bno na str\u00e1nce Reklamace a vr\u00e1cen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo st\u00e1hnut\u00edm a vypln\u011bn\u00edm PDF formul\u00e1\u0159e ze str\u00e1nky Reklamace a vr\u00e1cen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zasl\u00e1n\u00edm e-mailem na dsctv.art@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro dodr\u017een\u00ed lh\u016fty pro odstoupen\u00ed posta\u010d\u00ed odeslat ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o odstoupen\u00ed p\u0159ed jej\u00edm uplynut\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud kupuj\u00edc\u00ed od smlouvy odstoup\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zbo\u017e\u00ed za\u0161le nebo p\u0159ed\u00e1 prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu do 14 dn\u016f od odstoupen\u00ed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nese n\u00e1klady na navr\u00e1cen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu, i kdy\u017e zbo\u017e\u00ed nelze vr\u00e1tit b\u011b\u017enou po\u0161tou,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vr\u00e1t\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu v\u0161echny p\u0159ijat\u00e9 platby do 14 dn\u016f stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jak\u00fdm je p\u0159ijal (nejd\u0159\u00edve po obdr\u017een\u00ed vr\u00e1cen\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo prok\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed jeho odesl\u00e1n\u00ed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud byl se zbo\u017e\u00edm poskytnut d\u00e1rek, zanik\u00e1 darovac\u00ed smlouva v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b odstoupen\u00ed od smlouvy a kupuj\u00edc\u00ed je povinen d\u00e1rek vr\u00e1tit spolu se zbo\u017e\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. P\u0158EPRAVA A DOD\u00c1N\u00cd ZBO\u017d\u00cd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zp\u016fsob dopravy vol\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed v objedn\u00e1vce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed je povinen p\u0159evz\u00edt zbo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159i dod\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud je nutno doru\u010dovat opakovan\u011b nebo jinak z d\u016fvod\u016f na stran\u011b kupuj\u00edc\u00edho, hrad\u00ed n\u00e1klady s t\u00edm spojen\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i p\u0159evzet\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed od dopravce je kupuj\u00edc\u00ed povinen zkontrolovat neporu\u0161enost obalu a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed ihned ozn\u00e1mit p\u0159epravci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. PR\u00c1VA Z VADN\u00c9HO PLN\u011aN\u00cd (REKLAMACE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e1va a povinnosti stran se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed ob\u010dansk\u00fdm z\u00e1kon\u00edkem a z\u00e1konem o ochran\u011b spot\u0159ebitele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu, \u017ee v\u011bc p\u0159i p\u0159evzet\u00ed nem\u00e1 vady a m\u00e1 vlastnosti obvykl\u00e9 pro dan\u00fd typ zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee vytknout vadu, kter\u00e1 se projev\u00ed do 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f od p\u0159evzet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo po\u017eadovat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>odstran\u011bn\u00ed vady opravou,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dod\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u011bci,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou slevu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nebo odstoupen\u00ed od smlouvy, pokud jde o podstatn\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed smlouvy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reklamace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt uplatn\u011bna na str\u00e1nce Reklamace a vr\u00e1cen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo st\u00e1hnut\u00edm a vypln\u011bn\u00edm PDF formul\u00e1\u0159e ze str\u00e1nky Reklamace a vr\u00e1cen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zasl\u00e1n\u00edm e-mailem na dsctv.art@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reklamace bude vy\u0159\u00edzena nejpozd\u011bji do 30 dn\u016f od uplatn\u011bn\u00ed, pokud se strany nedohodnou jinak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of the Civil Code, the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from or in connection with a purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the Seller\u2019s online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online store is operated on the website dsctv.art through its web interface (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cstore interface\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions do not apply to cases where a person purchases goods as part of their business activity or professional practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provisions differing from these Terms and Conditions may be agreed upon in the purchase agreement. Such individual agreements take precedence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; the rights and obligations arising during the period of their validity remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. USER ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer may create a user account on the website and use it to place orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When registering, the Buyer must provide accurate and truthful information and update it as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to the account is protected by a username and password. The Buyer must keep these credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller may cancel the account, especially if it is not used for an extended period or if the Buyer breaches their obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentation of goods in the store interface is for informational purposes only, and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase agreement for the offered goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The store interface contains information about the goods, including prices (including any applicable fees such as cash-on-delivery charges) and shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To order goods, the Buyer completes the order form in the store interface. The order form contains in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>details of the goods ordered,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>method of payment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping method and delivery costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before submitting the order, the Buyer can check and modify the entered information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, which is confirmed to the Buyer via e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer may pay the purchase price using the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in cash upon delivery (cash on delivery),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by bank transfer to account No. 6708870359\/0800, held at \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electronically via the Stripe payment gateway, by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in cash or by card upon personal collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase price is payable upon receipt of goods (for cash or COD) or immediately after the contract is concluded (for electronic payments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is considered completed when the amount is credited to the Seller\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller may require payment before dispatching the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller sends an electronic invoice to the Buyer after payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract (online purchase) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Withdrawal can be made via the Returns and Complaints page or by downloading and filling in the PDF form available there and sending it by e-mail to dsctv.art@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Buyer withdraws from the agreement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods must be returned or handed over to the Seller within 14 days of withdrawal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, even if they cannot be returned by standard mail,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Seller will refund all payments received within 14 days using the same method used for the original payment (after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a gift was provided with the goods, the gift contract is void upon withdrawal, and the Buyer must return the gift along with the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer chooses the method of delivery when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer must accept the goods upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If delivery must be repeated or carried out differently due to the Buyer\u2019s fault, the Buyer shall bear the associated costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the packaging for damage and immediately report any issues to the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINTS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rights and obligations of the parties regarding defective performance are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller is liable to the Buyer that the goods are free from defects upon receipt and possess the usual properties for such goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer may claim a defect that appears within 24 months of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer has the right to demand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>repair of the defect,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement of the goods,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a reasonable discount,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or withdrawal from the contract in the case of a substantial breach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A complaint can be made via the Returns and Complaints page or by completing and sending the PDF form from that page to dsctv.art@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complaints will be handled no later than 30 days from the date of submission unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer acquires ownership of the goods only after full payment of the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct within the meaning of Section 1820(1)(n) of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complaints or suggestions can be sent via e-mail to dsctv.art@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (\u010cOI) \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coi.cz\/\">www.coi.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller is authorized to sell goods under a valid trade license, supervised by the relevant Trade Office and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer assumes the risk of a change in circumstances pursuant to Section 1765(2) of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND COOKIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller may send commercial messages regarding similar products previously purchased by the Buyer, unless the Buyer opts out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website uses only technical (essential) cookies necessary for proper website functionality \u2014 such as storing cart contents, user login, or language settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These cookies are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. DELIVERY OF NOTICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any communication to the Buyer may be sent to the e-mail address provided in the order or user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11.
